 Imago Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services in Columbus, Ohio, and surrounding areas. Our services may include but are not limited to general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

 3. Payment

 Payment for our services is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept payment via cash, credit card, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Return Policy.

 4. Cancellations

 If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee.

 5. Liability

 While we take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety and security of your property, Imago Cleaners will not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
